1. Production Time
All of our products are made to order. Production time depends on the order quantity.
- For example, an order of 100 candles typically requires approximately 7 days for production.
- Larger quantities may require additional time.
We will begin processing your order immediately after confirmation.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping time varies depending on your location:
- Estimated delivery time: 15–30 days
Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to destination, customs procedures, and carrier conditions.
3. Logistics & Fulfillment
We partner with professional international logistics providers to handle the entire shipping process — including transportation, customs clearance, and final delivery.
You are not required to manage any part of the logistics workflow. Our team oversees every stage and provides full tracking visibility with official shipment tracking numbers.
4. Risk & Responsibility
To ensure transparency and trust, responsibility is defined as follows:

Before customs clearance (international transit):
If goods are lost before entering the destination country, we take full responsibility and will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost. -
After customs clearance (within destination country):
If goods are damaged after entering the destination country, we will cover 50% of the loss and work with you toward a fair resolution.
5. Ongoing Support
Throughout the entire process, our team remains actively involved — monitoring shipments, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring smooth delivery.
